Policies & Guidelines

This page outlines the principles that govern our photography services. Our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Kitchen

  • Rescheduling or cancelling your photoshoot session is free of charge, provided that reschedule or cancellation request is communicated to our team no later than 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled photoshoot.
     

  • In the event that a reschedule or cancellation request is made on the day of the scheduled shoot, without prior notice, a $49.00 Same-day Cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Please be aware that Panimar reserves the right to assign an alternate photographer for any photoshoot session, and we will our best to accommodate accordingly.
     

  • At Panimar Imaging, photoshoots are carried out regardless of weather conditions, except in cases of extreme weather that might pose safety concerns. If you choose to have your photo shoot completed and want exteriors on a different day, an additional fee may be applied.

  • Our policy is to deliver an invoice at the time that the photoshoot appointment is booked and recorded in our system.

  • The photoshoot will be conducted whether or not payment has been processed, and the editing team will prepare the deliverables, however Panimar will not deliver the final product until payment is received.

  • In order to avoid any delays in delivery, we recommend paying this invoice on the day of the photoshoot at the latest.

  • Once completed, the deliverables will be sent out via email. In most cases, photoshoots done on weekdays are delivered same day, however we kindly ask all clients to be aware of a possible next-day delivery due to volume of work. Weekends are not excluded from this policy.

  • With the exclusive license provided by Panimar Imaging, you can confidently share your photos and associated media to promote and market your listed properties during their sale.
     

  • Our exclusive licensing agreement provides the purchasing Client with the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the digital media solely for promotional or advertising purposes directly connected to the property's sale. 

  • Clients are not allowed to assign or transfer this agreement or any of its associated rights, without the express consent of Panimar Imaging.
     

  • All digital media produced & delivered by Panimar, as well as the rights pertaining to them, such as copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the media is stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of Panimar Imaging.

  • Panimar retains the rights to re-use and re-sell any digital media previously produced & delivered to any clients under Panimar Imaging's partnerships.
